We want this process to be as easy and painless as possible because, lets be real here,
your satisfaction is what matters.
Once you receive your order and if you’re not fully satisfied, you’ll have the option to
return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item, similar or not.
The only thing we ask is the item be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition
you receive it in and then ship it on back -for free!
We’ll generate a prepaid shipping slip for you to print out, slap on the package,
and throw in the mail. It’s that easy!
Once we receive your item in the condition we sent it out in, you will have the choice
to buy another item of equal or lesser value -similar or not- or simply get your money back.

- You have a full 90 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved:
We will direct you in the process of choosing another item, OR
- We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.)
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Juicy-Junk will be responsible for paying for your return label and shipping costs for returning your item.

- Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable.)
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, washed, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
❤️ Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately free items or gift items cannot be refunded.
❤️ Exchanges (if applicable)
- We exchange items for any reason as long as the exchanged item is in it's original condition in which it was sent to you.
- If you need to exchange an item, contact us HERE or at email@example.com. and we will provide you with all the necessary details in which to return and exchange your item.
- If the item was purchased as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
- To return your product, go to the easy, self-service return portal HERE or you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the proper instructions to initiate a return.
- Juicy-Junk will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
